Multiple traffic lights not working

Multiple traffic lights ont his roundabout are not fully working - this has been the case for at least 6 months.
It is becoming increasing likely that a collision will occur as you cannot see what the traffic lights are displaying until you are right up to them due to the nature of a roundabout with vehicles obscuring the view of lower lights and the raised lights not working.
Some have not lights working at all, some only red and not green/ amber so you cannot see when they are about to change to red.
It is only a matter of time before an accident will happen.
