Traffic lights not working

Sent to National Highways less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 7358912.

All of the traffic lights need some maintenance, One set is damaged and not working, Another set is either broken or facing the wrong way

Just before junction 16 in lane 2 there is a huge pot hole
