Sent to National Highways less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 7346284.

I actually want to complain about the "road works" on the A1 north of Alwalton. One of the lanes has been cordoned off for months with no work at all being carried out. Why is the lane cordoned off if the work cannot be started? No doubt you'll use the "for safety reasons" but this is total nonsense.
