J15 Eastbound slip road

Reported via desktop in the Traffic lights (NH) category anonymously at 20:31, Wednesday 26 March 2025

Sent to National Highways less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 7343921.

Every single morning since Tuesday 11th March, there has been 1+ mile of traffic queued back onto the m4 at j15 heading eastbound. The traffic queuing is stationary whilst traffic is going at normal speed in lanes 2 and 3. I have witnessed multiple near misses every morning because of this issue. Since Tuesday 11th March, the traffic lights are changing too quickly at the top of the slip road. At the very most the lights are letting through 3 vehicles at most. This is causing the massive tail back onto the M4 which is taking me 15 minutes plus to get through every morning. There is the very strong potential for a very serious collision on the M4 if this is not rectified immediately. Please sort this issue as a matter of urgency!
