Ham brook from Treveneague Playing Fields to ham woods

Sent to National Highways less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 7317415.

Under maintenance the holding pond isn't serving a purpose or covert is constantly flooding my garden which which makes it useable and a health and safety concerns due to having young children as the water comes up above a foot I've had to dig my garden up and split level it else it's useable plus due to the waterways being treated or not theirs a risk to wells disease
