Updates

  • Thank you for contacting National Highways about graffiti.

We aim to remove or cover offensive graffiti within 24 hours of our inspection.

Non-offensive graffiti is dealt with under planned cyclical works and therefore can take longer to remove.

We will arrange for our local inspector to look at this on his regular safety inspection of this route and they will arrange a suitable solution.

The Fix-my-Street platform is purely a reporting tool for defects. If you wish to make a follow up enquiry:

Please use this link to send your enquiry info@nationalhighways.co.uk

Our Customer Contact Centre will then be able to direct your enquiry to the team most suited to assist you.

    Kind regards National Highways
