Sent to National Highways less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 7308694.

I am reporting excessive rubbish on the east bound exit road of the M62 prior to the Chain bar roundabout Excessive regular fast food items thrown from multiple vehicles which has built up over a period of time. Obviously deposited whilst vehicles/cars are waiting for lights to change. Does not give a good image to people visiting the area.!! What3Words: points.bind.level
