Damaged Manhole cover on the verge

Sent to National Highways less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 7307499.

This looks to me like its possibly on an IDB watercourse called Old Foss Beck where its culverted and it crosses under the A64. I can be fairly certain that its not a CYC asset because its either Highways England as they own that area of the A64 or it’s the IDB who own the beck but probably not the culvert where it goes under the A64.
