Sent to National Highways less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 7296428.

Feeder pillar FP176 on the footpath o/s no'185 has a broken catch and has been taped up before. Has been exposed to the elements with wires visible, for which a member of the public has made safe with some tape.
