Phasing needs urgent attention

Please can you immediately request an investigation of the phasing of traffic lights at the junction of the A36 and Brassknocker Hill at the viaduct in junction?

In the morning, traffic from the Bradford on Avon and Winsley direction is now queuing to the top of Winsley hill by 0735 with minimal queuing down Brassknocker Hill joining the A36 from the opposite direction.
