Broken/Faulty Manhole

Sent to National Highways less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 7291300.

I am writing to report an issue with a loose manhole cover located outside our office over the road from B&Q. Every time a vehicle passes over it, the cover shifts, creating a loud clunking noise and causing noticeable vibrations throughout our building. This is not only disruptive but could also pose a safety risk if the issue worsens.

I can provide video evidence of the issue if required. Please let me know if you need this or any further details.

Please could you arrange for an inspection and necessary repairs as soon as possible?
