Cars obstructing pavement and road at merge point
Sent to National Highways less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 7290486.
Cars and vans are always obstructing the pavement and the road. This is dangerous, as this is where cars are accelerating from the traffic lights while Lane 2 and 3 merge, but the parked cars force the traffic from Lane 1 into that merge. Can this please be made a red route, or stop cars from parking here. (The situation in the screenshot image is actually better than I normally experience)

I had an email from National Highways saying this was a low priority, so would not be looked at in the immediate future.

Please ask the car dealership not to park vehicles on the pavement and on the inside lane. It’s a very busy junction and also cars are leaving McDonald’s next door. Maybe red lines cameras or bollards would help manage this ?
