Fallen tree and fencing

The majority of the fencing panels adjacent to the public footpath on Roman Road have now fallen over and lie on the verge, giving a huge risk of speeding cars on the A12 coming off the A12 and onto the public highway and Roman Road. A tree has also fallen and is overhanging the public highway. All issues are adjacent to the underpass on Roman Road
