Sent to National Highways less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 7275758.

Another own-goal by the incompetent control room operators. VMS was showing M1 J40-39 closed. Another VMS was showing M1 J40 & 39 exits closed. Neither exit was closed. Why would you sign for J39 exit closed when apparently J40-39 was closed? The sooner Starmer abolishes NH the better.
