Blocked Culvert

Sent to National Highways less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 7271665.

There is a culvert that runs underneath the A34 and our surveying team cannot locate it as appears to have been blocked up. This is now causing vegetation to back up and as the area floods, we're keen to ensure the water can flow correctly. I have images if needed.
