12 years beyond it’s design life

As I’m sure you are aware the road surface along a120 Wix bypass area continues to become even more damaged, cracks, raised foundations, uneven surfaces. I saw a report that you do know this particular road is 12 years beyond its design life. Putting a few patches of surface dressing here and there isn’t going to fix it. HGV’S travel back and forth in great numbers on this road daily considering Harwich is a port town. With every day, week, month, year that passes the road continues to deteriorate. Causing unsafe driving conditions. It seems you just close the reports and ignore the fact that this road should have been fixed properly years ago.
