Lights coming off Jn3 M3 roundabout

Sent to National Highways less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 7262863.

Traffic lights only green for 7 seconds. This only allows 4/5 cards at a time, causing major queues on the roundabout back down towards Gordons school. This happens all day and not just commute time. This issue has only been present post closing of the junction for bridge repairs.
