Constant flytipping and litter issues

Sent to National Highways less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 7261375.

This section of the A40 (particularly southbound to London) is, quite frankly, disgusting. This location is one of the worst for flytipping and littering, and must surely be an environmental hazard given the frequency of the issues. It gets no better as you progress to Hillingdon, with the verges being full of litter and seemingly never cleaned. This sets a terrible example to visitors as they approach the UK's capital city.
