Expansion of site that is bordering the motoway

Sent to National Highways less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 7247037.

A site North of Foundry Lane, Halton, the land borders the motorway and the expansion of the site boundary is now up to the boundary of the motorway. It looks awfully close to the motorway and and surely being that close to the motorway is a risk to motorway users.
