With overnight closures will you be using it as an opportunity to work with the local council and pick up the tons of disgusting litter/debris absolutely everywhere? I think I already know the answer...

  • Thank you for making your report. Under the Environmental Protection Act 1990, we’re responsible for collecting litter on England’s motorways and a few other strategic trunk roads. Local authorities are responsible for collecting litter on the remaining trunk and local roads, including the A47.
