Traffic lights not functioning correctly

Sent to National Highways less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 7241564.

I have called 3 times the NH over the past 4 weeks and nothing has changed after being told it will be fixed each time. The operators have acknowledged seeing the delays on the live map. The traffic lights 8/9 eastbound slip are only letting a few vehicles through, approx 12 seconds green light, 1 articulated lorry and 2 cars or approximately 4 cars at a time. Thos is not enough time the clear the motorway traffic safely, it is causing huge delays not only on the slip road but the whole 4 lanes of the M4 eastbound miles before arriving at junction 8/9. It is highly dangerous with cars stopped in live lanes of the M4. I have already witnessed a serious crash due to this. Please can you fix this urgently. There are also other people commenting on the other report from the 13/02/2025 regarding the same urgent issue.
