Insulation padding

Sent to National Highways less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 7238457.

Hi, a huge amount of insulation was spilt here several weeks ago. On a daily basis it is blowing around the carriageway and is along the central res and all in the bushes and the verges. What is the plan to clear it, along with all the other rubbish here? I notice another post that says it has been cleared, but it has not. Thanks

    We're aware of the insulation along this stretch and have been trying to find the best solution to remove it as we had only just litter picked this section in December 2024.

    We're planning on sharing other maintenance closures in the area and the earliest opportunity to do this is at the end of March 2025. This is a central reserve closure, and we'll be able to litter pick the north half of this stretch.

    With regards to the verge, we're looking to litter pick this stretch in the spring.
