M3 Jct 13/A335 Traffic light sign out

At the M3 junction 13 one of the lights behind a sign has gone out. Previously reported under ref 6544460 but not fixed.

The issue is on traffic light post number 4 facing the A335 westbound, near the southbound entry/exit slip roads. The light behind the blue ahead sign on the bottom traffic light is not working and not visible at night time.
