Dirt and debris from a building site

Sent to National Highways less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 7204445.

Area 4 - A27, bottom of Hammerpot hill. Dirt and debris bought from B road onto A27. Rain makes road slippery. Water and dirt going onto apron of property damaging surface and going into ditch potentially causing a flooding problem
