Path getting blocked

Sent to National Highways less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 7201289.

Dirt and plant growth is shrinking the width of this two lane cycle path to the point where two cyclists can not pass each other safely. I’ve used this path for 9 years and it has been cleaned once in that time. It is ready for doing again please. The path runs from fera at the sand Hutton junction west to the next crossroads on the south side of the A64

  • Thank you for making your report. We have asked our inspection team to attend this location and assess the issue.

    They visited on 6 March 2025 as part of their weekly patrol and found no issues with the width of the cycle path.

    We will however continue to monitor when in the area.
