Pot holes

Sent to National Highways less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 7190045.

Please look at top of slip road to join round about, middle of the lanes. Where you have repaired before many times, it's now a row of pot holes new and repaired. This entire section of road and roundabout were new in 2006 and now are all breaking up, the slip roads and more so the roundabouts (i know they are local council which for them is an embarrassment) but proves this is the lifespan and the entire lot needs sorting properly or it will be a whole area of pot holes and no actual road soon. Sadly gone are thoses days.

  • Thank you for making your report regarding the westbound exit slip road on the A428 at Hardwick. We have asked our inspection team to attend this location and assess the issue. If any work is needed, they will arrange for this to happen.

    Although we always aim to complete repairs as quickly as possible, timescales do vary as we try to minimise disruption to customers by combining activities into single closures and always ensuring the safety of our people.
