Blocked drains M1 North J38

Sent to National Highways less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 7184571.

The drains are stil blocked just before J38 northbound, I think the ones further up were cleaned last time. The drains that aren't letting water drain are in the central reservation, directly opposite a sign that says "M1 A 280.9"
