This is a discharge from the motorway bridge onto the embankment which the runs into the adjacent foot way. The discharge is a horrible brown colour and the area where it is running is opposite a junior school so obviously heavily used.

Water appears to come from a dangling purple ducting although there is also a broken downpipe in same location. Best place to see it is from Whitehill Lane looking down the southbound side of the bridge
