Unsafe badly poholed road surface for 1 miles

The Westbound Inside Lane Road Surface down the hill east of Swindon has been badly potholed for at least 1 year . It is now so bad that cars in the inside lane are having to swerve into the middle lane to avoid them. On Feb 23/02 i was almost hit by a car in the inside lane . I always drive in the middle lane . Can ypu please confirm when this will be resurfaced
