Cones

The ridiculous idea of closing lay-bys during the day for night time road works On Friday morning I witnessed a vehicle that had lost part of its load previously, trying to get safely off the road ,but because tge lay-by was left coned off ,he was forced to stop in the carriageway while he moved the cones , creating potential for a second serious incident Please stop this practice of endlessly coning off lay-bys , this is not safe , Why not put signs to warn lay-by users of nightime closures and leave it at that Thanks
