Multiple potholes and uneven road surface

Sent to National Highways less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 7172633.

Road in dreadful condition with continual potholes for more than a mile from about 1.5 miles to 0.5 miles out from the jct. Been there for more than a year and getting worse. Please fix.
