Temporary traffic lights

Sent to National Highways less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 7162484.

The temporary traffic light timings are incorrect causing a large amount of congestion on Castle going all the way back to St Andrews Quay. The traffic coming from ferensway is a small percentage of the traffic on Castle street so the timings should reflect this. I find myself daily stuck on a red light with no cars coming from Ferensway.
