Central Reservation Too Big

Sent to National Highways less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 7160413.

The Central Reservation on Broadgate is too big. When trying to access Junction 21 Eastbound. The two lanes split into 4 (2 left, and 2 right/straight on) however this split happens too late, leading to high levels of congestion along Broadgate and backing up onto and blocking the roundabout. There appears to be enough room to expand the Straight on / Right turn lanes if some of the central reservation is reduced.
