Sunken grids on a52

Sent to National Highways less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 7159553.

There are a number of grids along the eastbound side of the a52 which have sunken and are starting to collapse. Every time a lorry goes through them it shakes our house. This has slowly been getting worse for the last month. They are either side of the location provided but there are several which are sinking, one is about 2 grids along from the gateway. Please resolve asap
