Outer solid white lines on carriageway obscured by debris

Reported via mobile in the Faded / Hard to see (NH) category anonymously at 05:34, Wednesday 19 February 2025

Sent to National Highways less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 7154631.

A449 from British Camp (Malvern) to Ledbury. The white lines on the outer edge on this stretch of road in both directions are obscured by debris, the grass is growing into the road and it is difficult to see the curbs and road edges and solid white lines..This stretch of road is particularly fast with dangerous with tight bends making it difficult to navigate at night or when visibility is low. Unable to see the outer edge particularly on the tight bends pushes traffic in towards a more central position on the road. There is also mud on the road.
