Road markings are very faint

Road markings are very faint. I’ve lived in Fishponds for 5 years and I haven’t been able to see the lines since moving there. It is very unclear which lane traffic is supposed to be in. I’ve witnessed many near accidents. Unless you live in the area, it impossible to know where you are going.

Updates

  • It’s been many years since these lines were re-painted and despite numerous reports, National Highways take no action nor give any explanation (i.e. if the road beneath the flyover was actually the responsibility of another local authority.
