Invasive vegetation encroaching on footpath and self seeded trees growing on footbridge

Reported via mobile in the Overgrown or obscuring view (NH) category anonymously at 07:48, Tuesday 18 February 2025

Sent to National Highways less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 7149464.

The footpath between the subway under the Stivichall Interchange to the footbridge over the A444 has encroaching vegetation (nettles and brambles and the like) restricting the width of the footpath. Also on the same footbridge, self-seeded tree saplings (about 10) have taken root on the footbridge and are about a metre tall. Surely this is not not for the actual bridge superstructure in the long term?
