No lights on Longbridge island M40 jct 15

Sent to National Highways less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 7148447.

The lights were not working when I approached the island goingsouth on a46 this morning leading to a large build up of traffic. They were still not working when approaching from m40 northbound. Very difficult to get on to a 3 lane roundabout with no traffic lights. No lights at all when going round the roundabout.
