Traffic cones

Sent to National Highways less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 7147638.

Old cones abandoned in lay-by, central reservation and verges for miles. These cones have absolutely no purpose and many have been chucked into the bushes, or are broken and don't have a base. It's really disgusting to see all the mess you leave everywhere at the expense of tax payers.
