Sunken Drain A120 Marks Tye

This has been repaired before, by the closed down Red Lion, the last time you spoke to me you said there is a temporary drain repair going to be done, this was carried out. But temporary it was as it is now worse than ever you can now hear the traffic in the front of our bungalow where as before it was horrendous in the rear garden and terrible in the back of the bungalow. When is this going to be fixed properly We have lived here for nearly a year now and it is beyond belief, if we knew the A120 was not being diverted we would probably not have bought the place. All I am asking is that we can sit in our gardens this spring and summer and not keep jumping with the awful banging and crashing. And by the way my neighbour said you haven't taken the ivy of her fence that is pulling it down, she complained late last year, received the email but has not heard a word since.
