Numerous lights on A27 failing

Sent to National Highways less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 7142231.

Numerous lights between Stockbridge and Fishbourne roundabout A27 Chichester are not working and have not been for many years. Is there any plan to get the whole stretch working?

What about A27 Whyke roundabout? No lights at all are working here?

What about A27 Bognor Road Roundabout? Half are not working here.
