M42 J9 roundabout no traffic lights

None of the traffic lights at the roundabout where Junction 9 of the M42 exits are working. This is the big island near Curdworth which a "Kingsbury Road" goes over. Thank you. Google Maps location code: G7QF+FGX Sutton Coldfield
