Traffic lights constantly on red- lightwood road by longton library

Reported via desktop in the Traffic lights (NH) category anonymously at 02:08, Saturday 15 February 2025

Sent to National Highways less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 7137114.

The traffic lights change to red regular even when the pedestrian button is not pressed so the lights are faulty even the timing I believe which leads to build up of traffic in busy times causing a inconvenience so these should be fixed asap as they are pedestrian lights so should only go red when the button is pressed for people to safely cross.
