Sent to National Highways less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 7136113.

Gates on either side of carriage way are open. This week alone I have seen 4 separate vehicles going down the hard shoulder to use this as a short cut! I have seen this for over a year but the last few weeks it’s become worse from January 2025 This causing cars behind to slam on due to them slowing down to get on the hard shoulder. This need cameras fitting to fine people doing this before there is a bad accident.
