Complete loss of fence

Sent to National Highways less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 7135285.

As previously stated I have reported this issue a number of times over the last few years and nothing has been done, the fence along the A12 has now almost completely collapsed, irrespective of it looking like a third world country and a mess it is a safety issue, allowing animals (deer) to easily cross the A12, along with light pollution from traffic on the A12 and no noise barrier. Please give me a bit more than it will be looked at, no one has so far by the looks of it
