Fence damaged or missing

Sent to National Highways less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 7133265.

There is a mile of fencing that us rotten,damaged or completely missing on the side of the carriageway. I want to put livestock there but unable to do so as it won't stop livestock getting onto carriageway.
