Traffic Lights on Red too long

Sent to National Highways less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 7132954.

The traffic lights approaching the roundabout from A46 are on red too long causing massive tailbacks and delays, only let through 5 or 6 cars at a time, totally wrong. Please can this be sorted as seems to have been reported but nothing done about it!
