Fence broken and fallen down

Sent to National Highways less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 7130252.

The fence line between the side road and the main A27 has broken in parts and fallen down. the remainder is about to fall down.

    Our team have visited the site to assess the fencing at this location and t's been determined that it doesn't present a safety risk as most of it is surrounded by dense vegetation and is away from the carriageway. This fence is a headlight screen and has been recorded as end of life.

    Unfortunately, there is currently no planned date for this A27 fencing. Our funding for fencing renewal schemes for 24/25 and 25/26 is already all allocated for safety related fencing. We will add this site to our needs list and we'll look to replace the fence once a funding opportunity becomes available future.
