Faded road markings for exit onto a1 southbound from a46

Road markings on this roundabout and on approach are faded and unclear, leading to multiple drivers entering the roundabout from the A46 in the middle lane to exit onto the A1 southbound, when they should be entering in the left hand lane for exit onto the A1 southbound. Multiple times, people have cut myself and other motorists up trying to force their way across at the last minute because they've realised their mistake too late. Additional signage at the entrance to this roundabout stating that ONLY the left hand lane exits onto the A1 Southbound would also be beneficial. I use this roundabout five days a week and at least twice a week, someone tries to drive into the side of me as they exit from the wrong lane.
