Cracks on A12 chelmsford side of A12 bridge causing my house to vibrate violently

The surface of the A12 on the chelmsford side of the A12 bridge has cracks on both side of the road. The result of this is that whenever a vehicle passes over the cracks my house shakes violently, especiallyif a heavy lorry passes over them. It's now become unbearable and us disturbing our sleep. This has been getting progressiveiy worse for about a year
